Hi, welcome to the PURE Fitness Blog!
We hope to offer weekly blogs that will promote Healthy Living throughout the year.

PURE Fitness Health & Training Studio is the frontrunner in City of Windsor's Fitness industry. We specialize in Personal Training in both One on One and Small Group Sessions while also providing  Fitness Classes to compliment our clients health and wellness. We provide Unlimited Small Group Personal Training throughout the day and it allows our members to attain a fitness level that they desire. Their commitment to our workouts put their goals within reach. They love the variety of the workouts, the creativity daily, along with their workout partners and trainer. In the end, the results speak for themselves and it's why our members love being a member at PURE Fitness. We are going to start interviewing some of our members and have them provide insight to what makes PURE Fitness as great as it is. 

We want to talk about how PURE Fitness is the best Training Studio in Windsor. We should start with our Elite team of Trainers and Instructors. We have prided ourselves on not hiring mediocre, our members deserve the best attention and we strive to provide that for them. Our Trainers put our clients first by providing accountability and motivation into their daily workouts. Our Trainers modify the workouts for each member to accommodate any injuries or push them to new highs. Our Fitness Instructors are top of the line, 5 different indoor cycle instructors give our members different styles of classes and they can find the instructor that suits their desires.

The creativity of our workouts is what puts on top of the competition. How we move from body part to body part to rest muscles until we attack them again after proper rest. How we encourage our members to participate in our Fitness Classes to compliment their weekly exercises. How we love to use different pieces of equipment to challenge our clients with new unique exercises. We love to focus on increasing our members strength in the big muscles as they enable the body to move easier throughout our daily lives.
