
A New Year also means that another birthday is coming. Another year older and in all honesty, another year of diminishing strength. Working with a trainer who can mandate a proper routine and demand certain performance from you will give you the progress that you set out to achieve.
Don't just waste time showing up a gym. Go with a purpose so your valuable time is optimized and those long term goals can be attained. Train with a purpose!
